Orange Loaf Cake

My cousin Louise gave my Nanny this recipe and it has become a favourite. Since then it's made on the regular to accompany the midmorning coffee or to be dropped in as a wee gift. If you're lucky enough to get one, you know you're in the good books. It has a lovely moist and delicate sponge, filled with refreshing orange flavour and the sweet buttercream just rounds it off.

That looks so good Amanda! It's a great wee loaf, lovely change up in flavour to most others.
