Spicy Ramen

I was sick a while back and in need of clearing my cold. So I created this very unauthentic ramen as I later learnt it requires noodles. But I can tell you what, this did the job! It has a deep but not over powering flavour, with the heat building from the spice. I do like a bit of spice so it was right up my street, if you'd like to tame it down add less. Then again we need a dish like this sometimes to clear the nasal passages and get things going!
