Alfie’s 6 Nut Granola

I created this wee recipe for my Granda Alfie because he loves starting the day off right. It's always on a walk with Rudy and myself but before that he needs the breakfast. This version is packed full of tasty goodness and energy for the day ahead. It has that perfect crisp granola texture we all love, plus sweet, nutty flavours throughout. The nuts and fruit are the cherry on top if you ask me.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Get your oats, seeds, and chosen nuts (I used hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, cashews and walnuts) into a large bowl. Along with your cinnamon, salt and coconut, giving the lot a good mix to combine.
