Strawberry and Rhubarb Crumble

Using the seasonal produce we're blessed to have really ups any recipe. I made the most of our homegrown strawberries and rhubarb to put a seasonal spin on our crumble. The sweetness from the strawberries works perfectly with the sharp tartness from the rhubarb. Pair that with some thick creamy custard and you'll be in heaven. But when it comes to a crumble I'll always want the trifecta. Custard, ice cream and whipped cream. I'll mention it frequently with a few desserts because it really is the business! I'll alway want a good 50:50 ratio when it comes to the crumble and fruit.
